I don't know what marketing guy suggested 'a 60 wet shot will be safe', but until someone puts some hard facts in front of me, I'm going to have to say zero fuel=safety means zero fuel = safety. the fuel added w/ a 60 wet shot may be small, but there's no way you can guarentee its NOT going to ignite.
